Welcome to Our Office!
If you’re visiting with us for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. It’s our goal to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in choosing us to help you feel great again.
Our office atmosphere has often been described as relaxed, warm and light-hearted; it’s a social environment. We hope you think so, too.
Your First Visit
Your first visit will take about 45 minutes. When you enter the office, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our front desk staff, and invited to take a seat to complete your new patient paperwork. We’ll also collect your ID information, as well as your insurance data so that we can verify your coverage.
One of our staff members will take you on a brief tour of the office to familiarize you with our layout. You’ll then meet with one of our doctors, who will conduct a thorough assessment, including
- Advanced thermal scanning
- A chiropractic examination (orthopedic and neurological testing)
- Digital X-rays, if necessary
We’ll schedule you for a second visit as soon as possible so that we can review your results.
Your Second Visit
Your second visit will take about 30 minutes. During this appointment, the doctor will evaluate your examination, scan and X-ray findings to help you understand the precise source of your problem. He’ll then propose a customized plan to help you meet your stated goals.
You’ll then be able to receive your first gentle chiropractic adjustment.
Regular Visits
Subsequent visits usually take no more than 15 minutes. We’re respectful of your time, and strive to adhere to a treatment system that’s smooth and efficient.
As a member of our practice family, we’ll make it a priority to keep you well-informed. Health and Wellness talks will be available monthly on a variety of subjects; these events will help you to be healthy and stay healthy. Our office also features outreach workshops to various businesses in the San Marcos area.
